Booking Form for Activities at the Gordon Brown Outdoor Education Centre
HOW TO BOOK PLACES ON GORDON BROWN ACTIVITY DAYS
- You can RESERVE places by e-mailing admin@thegordonbrowncentre.org.uk or phone 01256 762824 once your place has been reserved you are required to complete and return a booking form.
- Important: If you wish to book a place for a child that has special educational needs (e.g. any one to one support at school, attends a SEN school, attends a special needs unit within a school), You MUST please ring the centre to discuss your booking before you complete and send this form in.
- Payment must then be received by post with a booking form within 7 days, otherwise the places will be reallocated. Once payment is received an email confirmation of your booking will be sent, if you require postal confirmation please enclose a stamped addressed envelope with your booking form.
- Cheques payable to ‘The London Borough of Brent’ and sent to Activity Day Bookings, The Gordon Brown Centre, Ridge Lane, Rotherwick, Hants RG27 9AT
- Payment is non-refundable except where courses are cancelled by The Gordon Brown Centre.
