Indian Tipi Survival Day

Work with a partner to find your way around the centre, learn how Indians would hunt for their lunch and then cook it.

You will work in small groups to collect wood for a fire, learn how to build it and light it safely and successfully
– and keep it going. Once your fire is ready you will pop corn and take it back to your Tipi to eat. At the end of
the day make an Indian headdress to take home.
If you think this activity would suit your class, group or family, then call our staff on 01256 762 824 to discuss dates and times of these Special Days.
